Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Transformation Strategy Execution Senior Officer to join our Transformation Strategy Execution Office within Group Transformation.
By joining this role, you’ll be part of the Transformation Strategy Execution Office and you will be responsible for monitoring the Bank’s transformation portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment and timely delivery and for the coordination, and implementation of the Bank’s strategic governance framework, ensuring effective decision-making, accountability, and execution across both strategic transformation and business transformation agenda.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Strategic Transformation Portfolio Management: Work with Transformation Managers on project scheduling, resource planning, budget estimation; Monitor progress, milestones, KPIs, and risks across the portfolio, escalating issues where required; Prepare a consolidated view of portfolio status, trade-offs, performance and achievements to senior management and governance forums.
- Business Transformation Projects Monitoring: Cooperate with competent Business Units to ensure all business transformation initiatives are aligned with the Domains’ Objectives, Key Results and cost targets; define the expected deliverables of the Business Transformation Projects, monitor progress and report agreed milestones, KPIs, and risks as agreed to Transformation OpCo and BoD.
- Strategic Governance Framework Review & Redesign: Coordinate a comprehensive review of the Bank’s existing strategic and transformation governance framework and identify gaps, inefficiencies, overlaps, and control weaknesses in governance structures. Design of a target-state strategic governance framework and facilitate its communication and adoption by all key stakeholders.
- Coordination & Supervision of the Strategic Governance Framework Implementation: Coordinate all stakeholders involved in the governance framework to facilitate and ensure the success of Annual and Quartrely Business Review sessions.
- Continuous improvement of transformation portfolio management: Design and propose new tools, templates, practices and flows.
You will be a great candidate if you:
- Have 5–6 years of relevant professional experience in transformation strategy execution and PMO services or management consulting, preferably within banking or financial services
- Hold a Bachelor in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or related field. Postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent) will be considered as an additional asset.
- Hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, especially PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) will be highly appreciated.
- Are experienced in managing complex, enterprise-wide transformation portfolios with exposure to many stakeholders and in designing, coordinating and implementing strategic projects governance frameworks
- Have strong presentation and reporting skills, including the ability to prepare clear, accurate, and decision-oriented reports for senior management.
- Are Proficient of the MS Office suite (incl. quantitative and financial modelling skills).
- Are fluent in English language.
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative spirit, agility, and can-do attitude
- Have strong analytical, structuring, and problem-solving skills
- Have strong ownership mindset and accountability
