Position Overview

We are seeking a Trading Platform Support Officer to join our Eurobank Trader Team part of Eurobank Equities Investment Firm.

Our Eurobank Trader platform is the digital embodiment of our company’s vision, offering one of the best online trading experiences in the Greek market. It democratizes access to investments, enabling anyone, anywhere in the world, to participate in the global financial markets. Your key responsibilities will be:

• Managing platform customers’ requests and ensuring a high level of service.
• Promptly exploring our customer needs and offering the best possible solutions and suggestions.
• Daily updates on market status, corporate actions, IPOs  and market reports to support clients' inquiries or intentions.
• Communicating significant developments through messages or campaigns using the platform's appropriate tools.
• Recording customer, market, and competitor trends and conveying this information at a senior level.
• Presenting or training other colleagues.

You will be a great candidate if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or a quantitative field of study. A postgraduate degree will be considered as an additional qualification.
• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Understand HTML or other scripting languages will be considered an additional advantage.
• Excellent command of Greek and English.
• Strong interpersonal an communication skills, collaborative spirit, adaptability, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
