TechYourFuture is an employment and tech training programme. The programme provides a unique combination of learning and working experience where you will get formal training in a variety of tech and banking skills, while working within Eurobank’s well-structured environment and collaborating with experienced professionals. You will be given opportunities to build a strong professional profile and gain certifications in fields such as Information technology, information security, cyber security, IT Audit, Data analytics, Cloud analytics, IT and financial services.

Tech Your Future is implemented in collaboration with Microsoft.

Once selected, you will:

Collaborate with professionals on real business cases to leverage existing technologies and adopt latest trends to design and deliver high quality services in your area.

You will work in one of the following business functions:

• Information Systems Audit
• Internal Audit Data Analytics
• Information & Cyber Security
• Compliance Data Analytics
• Market Risk
• Credit Project Office
• Data Analytics & AI
• Non-Financial Risk Analytics

You will be an ideal candidate for us if you:

• Are a university graduate (BSc) or postgraduate (MSc) with non-IT degree, indicatively, Engineering with no IT background (ie. civil engineers, chemical engineers), Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Finance, Accounting & Business backgrounds
• Have 0 - 2 years of work experience.

• Are tech savvy, curious and self-motivated.

• Are passionate for innovation, creativity, originality.
• Possess critical thinking and can deal with complex problems.

• Possess excellent communication and presentation skills in Greek and English language.
• Have fulfilled your military obligations (for male participants).

The selection experience:
