Position Overview
We are seeking for an enthusiastic Syndicated Debt Solutions Associate to join our Syndicated Debt Solutions Unit.
By joining this role, you’ll be part of the Syndicated Debt Solutions team, which is responsible for structuring and coordinating/arranging a broad range of local and international syndicated financing deals.
As an Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the different workstreams of the team in both the primary and the secondary market.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Structuring syndicated deal termsheets.
- Coordinating the various involved internal and external parties throughout the different stages of the transaction (ie deal conception, termsheet finalization, signing of the respective finance documents, first drawdown.)
- Reviewing, processing and negotiating financial documentation required for each transaction.
- Preparing reports and presentations related to the deliverables of the team and its strategic positioning.
- Liaising with domestic and international banks and contributing to the Teams extrovert positioning.
You will be a great candidate if you have:
- At least 4 -5 years of relevant experience within an established organization in the Banking/Financial/Consulting industry. Relevant experience in a syndication desk would be highly recommended
- A Bachelor and Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business or a quantitative field of study
- Expertise in MS Office Suite (incl. quantitative and financial modelling skills)
- Fluency in English language
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, team spirit, organizational and project management skills, as well as client driven orientation
