Position Overview

We are seeking for an experienced individual for the position of Private Banking Support Officer to join Private Banking Center in Thessaloniki.

 

As a Private Banking Support Officer you will play a crucial role in enhancing the client experience by offering high-quality service and supporting the Private Bankers in managing and growing client relationships. You will support Private Bankers and their clients ensuring that all client transactions and requests are processed accurately and promptly.

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Act as a key point of contact for private banking clients and collaborate closely with Private Bankers (RMs) to address client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g. Middle Office, Compliance) to handle client and data information following carefully the proper secrecy and confidentiality framework as prescribed in Bank’s Policy.
  • Ensure that all documentation related to client accounts is complete and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and update client records, forms and orders, ensuring all data is current and accurate.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, bank policies and procedures.

 

You will be a great candidate for this role if you:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Have more than 3 years of relevant professional experience in banking.
  • Hold professional certifications in investment products and bancassurance.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
  • Are fluent in English business language.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work both independently and as a team player.
