Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Officer to join our Structured Finance Portfolio Administration Unit within our Group Loan Administration.

By joining this role, you will support the administration, execution and ongoing monitoring of Structured Finance transactions, including Project Finance, Commercial Real Estate and other complex bilateral financings, as well as Agency activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders, throughout their lifecycle.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Administer and monitor Structured Finance transactions throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with approved terms and the relevant financing documentation.
• Support the execution and processing of drawdowns, repayments, interest payments, fees and other transaction-related cash flows, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Perform Agency activities where Eurobank acts as Agent, including coordination with borrowers and participating lenders, management of communication and information flows and implementation of contractual requirements and lenders’ decisions.
• Monitor conditions precedent and subsequent, covenants, undertakings, amendments, waivers and other contractual obligations, in cooperation with the relevant internal teams and external advisors.
• Maintain accurate transaction data, documentation and records in the Bank’s systems and support reporting, reconciliations and information requirements towards participating lenders and other stakeholders.

You will be a great candidate if you:

• Have 2–4 years of banking experience in loan administration, Structured Finance, Corporate Banking, Agency services or a related field.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration; postgraduate studies considered a plus.
• Have a good understanding of corporate lending products, loan documentation and financial transaction; familiarity with syndicated/structured financings and Agency activities will be considered an asset.
• Have excellent command of English and Greek, both written and spoken.
• Possess strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.

• Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational and communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Have a proactive, collaborative and problem-solving mindset and the ability to work effectively under demanding deadlines.
