Position Overview
We are seeking for a proactive and analytical Strategy Associate to join our Strategic Initiatives & Transactions Team, within our Group Strategy.
By joining this role, you’ll be part of the unit Strategic Initiatives & Transaction and you will be responsible for analyzing data, supporting the evaluation of strategic initiatives and transactions and participating in several projects.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Analyze data and conduct detailed financial analysis and valuation modeling to support the evaluation of strategic initiatives and transactions
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders
- Assist in the execution of the strategic initiatives and transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and international subsidiaries to ensure successful project execution
You will be a great candidate if you:
- Have 2-4 years of experience in a related field within banking or financial services
- Hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, (or equivalent experience)
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
- Have Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Have Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling
- Have attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Are Proficient in the MS Office suite (Excel & PowerPoint)
- Are fluent in English and Greek language, both oral and written
- Have strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
