Position Overview

We are seeking motivated professionals to join our Group IT function as Software Engineers. By joining, you’ll be part of a dynamic environment where technology drives innovation, helping us build useful capabilities and tools into our digital products, enhancing customer experience across various functions. Don’t worry about expertise in specific technologies, we use a bit of everything! Among our most commonly used frameworks/ languages are Java, React, Angular, JScript, Swift, .Net and more.

You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with talented colleagues across different departments, grow your expertise, and contribute to impactful projects that shape the future of banking.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Assisting in designing, coding, and debugging software applications.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Conducting software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging.
• Ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identifying and correcting bottlenecks and fixing bugs.

You will be a great candidate if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1- 3 years of relevant professional experience in software development.
• Experience with software development and testing tools, (we don’t only use one!)
• Fluency in English and Greek language.
• Strong communication skills, collaborative spirit and business thinking.
