Position Overview

We are seeking for a dynamic Software Engineer to join our Digital Banking and Workplace Applications team, within our Phygital Channels unit. By joining this role, you’ll be part of the Digital Banking team, and you will be responsible for Video Banking solutions, Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems, corporate web sites, web applications, internal and external portals and applications.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Develop new solutions in close collaboration with external vendors and internal business and IT teams.
• Perform technical analysis and define solution architecture for both new deployments and modernization or enhancement of existing systems.
• Design and implement integrations between Group IT systems and solutions, spanning multiple cloud providers and vendors.
• Evaluate new systems, vendors, and solutions; provide financial and effort estimations; size and prioritize new builds as well as modifications to existing solutions.

• Monitor IT solutions and operations across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Oversee cost monitoring and support migrations from on-premises to cloud environments.

You will be a great candidate if you:

• Have 3 to 5 years of relevant and recent professional experience within group IT, digital units of the bank.
• Hold a Bachelor or higher degree in Informatics, Computer Science, or related fields of study.
• Are experienced in developing and deploying corporate web sites, Video Banking, and Interactive voice response systems (IVR) solutions.
• Have solid understanding of digital channel solutions (with focus on web presence) and digital product development cycle.
• Have an excellent command of the English language and ability to write clear and concise reports for Senior Management audiences.
• Have experience in business process analysis, including the design and implementation of new products and procedures, and collaboration with external vendors.
• Are familiar with technical issue resolution and daily operational monitoring and decision-making within business units.
• Are an active learner of Digital Accelerator modules – Will be considered an important asset.
