Position Overview
We are seeking for a senior, experienced Wealth Management Marketing & Communication Officer to join our Marketing & Public Relations Team, part of our Group Marketing & Corporate Communications Team.
As a Senior Wealth Management Marketing & Communication Officer, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing initiatives designed to attract, retain and create a differentiated experience for high-net-worth clients. You will collaborate closely with the wealth management team to create compelling campaigns, manage digital and traditional marketing channels, and drive brand awareness in a competitive marketplace.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Develop and implement the communication strategy and targeted marketing activities to promote wealth management products and services, across the sub-segments of the HNW clientele.
- Coordinate with advisors and product specialists to create client-centric marketing materials and campaigns, addressed to Private Banking clients.
- Develop Loyalty Initiatives suited for HNWI.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including email marketing, and online advertising.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage sponsorship activities addressed to HNWI.
- Ensure all marketing communications comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Coordinating the teams of ‘Digital Sales & Presence’ and ‘Campaign Management’ to achieve the marketing goals.
- Collaborating with the advertising agency to develop and implement the communication plan.
- Monitoring and managing the marketing budget of your Business Units’ activities.
You will be a great candidate if you:
- Have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, preferably within wealth management, financial services, banking or services addressed to HNW Individuals. Previous experience in an international environment will be considered an asset.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, CRM software, social media management, MS office suite).
- Are Proficient of the MS Office suite.
- Are fluent in English (both in writing and verbally).
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, agility, and can-do attitude.
- Have Project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, strong agility, problem-solving orientation and can-do attitude.
