Position Overview

We are seeking for a Senior Sustainability Risk Reporting Analyst to join our Group Sustainability Risk Unit (GSR) within our Group Risk Management. The GSR oversees and manages sustainability risks, including CR&E risks, in collaboration with the Group Senior Sustainability Officer as well as the ESG, Business, and Risk Units. It develops and implements sustainability risk frameworks, policies, and processes, reporting progress to the Board. The GSR also reviews and monitors the Financed Impact Strategy and Net Zero action plan, ensuring financial targets and KPIs are met. It manages the second line of defense for sustainable lending reassessment and characterizes Retail Portfolio products as sustainable. Lastly, the GSR develops and coordinates Climate Risk Stress Testing and Scenario Analysis at the Group level.

 

As a Senior Sustainability Risk Reporting Analyst, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Lead the preparation of sustainability risk reports and disclosures in alignment with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Track and report on the bank’s progress toward Net Zero targets, Financed Impact Strategy, and other sustainability Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Establish and manage the sustainability risk reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with business units and international subsidiaries to consolidate sustainability risk data.
  • Act as the key point of contact for internal / external audits and supervisory reviews related to sustainability reporting.
  • Work on ad-hoc projects related to Sustainability risk monitoring and reporting.


You will be a great candidate if you:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Have minimum 5 years of experience in risk reporting, risk data or a similar role; in consultancy or banking.
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Have good interpersonal & communication skills /ability to communicate effectively and deliver information.
  • Are fluent in English and Greek, both oral and written.
  • Have strong understanding of regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Are experienced in managing reporting frameworks and working with international teams.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools.
  • Are experienced with databases or data management tools (e.g., SQL, Access) and ability to manipulate large datasets.
  • Have experience in Finrep reporting and Pillar III disclosures.
  • Have interest in sustainability risk management and reporting.
