Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Retail Business Banking Relationship Manager, based in Kozani, to join our Branch Network. By taking on this role, you’ll be part of the Retail Banking Network and will be responsible for building high-impact relationships with business customers and driving segment business plan achievement of responsibility.

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Achieving the strategic goals of Personal Banking as well as ensuring the smooth operation of relevant activities throughout the Area Market.
  • Supervising, motivating, and coaching the Relationship Managers under your responsibility and supporting the team’s development by ensuring their engagement and professional growth.
  • Managing and developing assigned Prime Customer portfolios as well as attracting new customers.
  • Proactively researching market trends and monitoring the competition.
  • Collaborating with Senior PBRM, Branch Managers, and other branch staff of the Area to achieve common business goals.

 

You will be a great candidate if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field of study. A postgraduate degree will be considered an additional asset.
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience within an established organization in Banking (corporate or structured finance divisions) or a similar industry.
  • Professional certifications in SB and bancassurance, which will be highly appreciated.
  • High level of digital literacy and analytical abilities, along with excellent knowledge of business systems and platforms.
  • Excellent command of Greek & English.
  • Strong commitment to value-based behaviors, with a focus on delivering impactful results and building mutually beneficial relationships with clients and colleagues.

·        Hold professional certifications in SB and bancassurance, which will be highly appreciated.

·        Possess a high level of digital literacy and analytical abilities, with excellent knowledge of business systems and platforms.

·        Are fluent in the English language (written and verbal communication).
