Senior Social Media Officer

We are seeking for a talented Senior Social Media Officer to join our Social Media & Digital Engagement team, part of our Group Digital Banking General Division. As a Senior Social Media Officer you will be actively contributing to the management and development of existing and future social media channels and communities, following our goal to enhance the reputation and recognition of the Bank units and its subsidiaries

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • content strategy creation per channel
  • Manage responses and comments on social media channels
  • Editing, collecting, and producing content for social media  channels aiming to increase interaction and achieve KPIs
  • Writing compelling text to accompany posts (artwork, photos, video, infographic and others) in order to attract visibility and positive interaction
  • Posting approved material
  • Monitoring and reporting on the digital environment
  •  Generate and manage progress reports
  • Editing dialogue policies
  • Production and management of native content initiatives
  • Alignment with the communication objectives of the unit 

You will be a great fit for us, if you have:

  • Bsc and Msc. Degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or otherfield of study
  • Team player mentality
  • Min 5 years of relevant working experience, actively working Brand Awareness & Digital Sales
  • Experience with Community Management
  • Strong knowledge of management and development of social medial communities and analytics
  • Excellent use of Greek and English language
  • Strong project management skills
  • Good knowledge of social media metrics, analytics and KPIs
  • Experience with customer case and support is desired
  • Intense activity on digital environments will be appreciated
  • Experience in working with Banking, insurance and investment industries will be considered a plus
