Position Overview
We are seeking a Market Segment Senior Officer to join our dynamic team within the Retail Business Banking Department.
Βy joining this role, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and ensuring the profitability of a specific portfolio with homogeneous characteristics and common needs (e.g., Business Banking Tourism, Green Energy, Manufacturing, Agricultural Sector, etc.).
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify penetration opportunities, develop strategic approaches, and set targets for each sales channel.
- Perform detailed sub-segment analysis by gathering specific data, obtaining feedback from networks and customers, and preparing reports on RBB market needs and competition.
- Monitor and analyze market trends related to the specific portfolio and develop corresponding business plans to address these trends.
- Communicate business plans and strategies effectively across all sales channels, including Branch Network, V-Banking, External Sales Networks, and Telemarketing.
- Participate in target setting and continuously monitor the achievement of business goals, ensuring alignment with overall strategic objectives.
You will be a great candidate if you:
· Have 3-5 years of experience in market analysis or a related field (experience in businesses, products and services related to Small Business Banking (SBB will be considered as an asset).
· Hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
· Have a strong knowledge of market dynamics and competitive analysis.
· Demonstrate excellent analytical and research skills.
· Are adaptable and detail-oriented with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
· Possess strategic thinking, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
· Are proficient in spoken and written Greek and English.
· Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative spirit, agility, and can-do attitude.
