We are seeking a dynamic professional for the position of Retail Business Banking External Networks Officer to strengthen the Certified Partners Ecosystem team within the Retail Business Banking External Networks Unit.
The role focuses on strategic planning, developing existing and new strategic partnerships, and monitoring their performance indicators, aiming to deliver comprehensive and high-quality services that enhance the advisory nature of the banking relationship. The officer acts as a liaison between external partners and the Bank’s internal units, actively contributing to the achievement of the Unit’s commercial and qualitative objectives.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Attract and onboard reputable specialized businesses into the Partner Ecosystem.
- Manage and develop a portfolio of partners and business clients, emphasizing the promotion of integrated financing solutions and strengthening their collaboration with the Bank.
- Analyze financial statements and assess clients’ financial data, contributing to the preparation of financing proposals and recommendations for the relevant Credit Committees.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal Units (Credit, Risk, Products, Channels) to ensure smooth implementation of financing and portfolio quality assurance.
- Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with partners and clients, identifying new business opportunities and strengthening collaborations within the Certified Partners Ecosystem.
- Monitor portfolio performance and efficiency to identify risks promptly and propose improvements.
- Organize and conduct informational sessions for selected Small Business Clients.
- Represent the Unit in internal and external meetings, committees, and business events, promoting the collaborative culture and advisory approach of RBB External Networks.
You will be a great candidate if you have:
- Βachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (a postgraduate degree will be considered an asset).
- Professional certifications in RBB (Level II) and Insurance Mediation (Type A).
- Professional experience in business financing and financial statement analysis, with the ability to evaluate credit requests and complex financing structures.
- Excellent command of English, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with IT systems and banking platforms.
- Analytical thinking and ability to understand business models and financial data.
- Project management skills, ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, and cross-functional communication.
- Ability to develop commercial relationships and manage external partnerships with professionalism and results orientation.
- Consistency in achieving goals and strong team spirit.
- Flexibility for travel and active presence in the Network and with partners.
