Position Overview
We are seeking for a Relationship Manager in Attica to join our Business Banking Segment, in Retail Banking. The Segment focuses on increasing the loan balances for small and medium-sized enterprises.
As a Relationship Manager, you will oversee the portfolio of our clients in order to effectively identify and develop their needs and implement both their short and long-term strategic plans.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the needs of our existing and potential clients (small and medium-sized enterprises), build and maintain strong relationships.
- Become the liaison between Branch Network and the Business Banking Segment for the most efficient management and development of our client's portfolio within the Retail Banking Unit.
- Collaborate with other Bank units in order to offer integrated services that cover the full range of customer needs.
- Monitor competition and issues related to the tax and legal framework of companies.
You will be a great candidate if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field, postgraduate degree will be considered as an additional asset.
- At least 3 years of working experience as a relationship manager or similar position.
- Very good knowledge of the NSRF development programs.
- Knowledge of financial products, banking regulations and GAAP.
- Fluency in English language.
- Strong communication, teamwork & digital skills.
- Actively participated in Digital Accelerator modules - Will be considered an important asset.
