Position Overview

We are seeking a Relationship Business Banking (RBB) Manager to join our video Banking Team in Athens or/and Thessaloniki, part of External Networks & Alternative Channels in Retail Banking Networks at Eurobank.

By joining this role, you’ll be part of the video (v) Banking, responsible for holistic service and development of relationship management through an innovative communication channel - video conferencing - by managing assigned Retail Business Banking Prime customers.

As a Relationship Business Banking (RBB) Manager @v Banking you will be responsible for the achievement of the strategic goals of the RBB Segment. Additionally, the position offers the opportunity of strengthening knowledge in digital communication networks and promoting an innovative channel in the Greek banking market.

The Relationship Business Banking (RBB) Manager @v Banking is a key sales management role who builds high impact relationships with business customers and drives segment business plan achievement in the Area of responsibility.

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Interacting with business stakeholders to understand / analyze business needs
  • Achieve & implement of the strategic objectives of Retail Business Banking
  • Assist with generating new business and identify opportunities for greater commissions / profits for the channel
  • Manage and develop the assigned customer portfolio (up to 350 RBB clients) through video Banking
  • Analysis, investigation, and support of the needs of assigned RBB Prime clients
  • Build and preserve trusting relationships with the assigned portfolio through advisory support on the clients’ business activities as well as their personal needs
  • Constant update of customers on market trends and competitive developments
  • Maintain full awareness of available on-line products and services, tailored to customers’ needs

 

You will be a great candidate for us if you:

  • Have 1-3 years of relevant professional experience within an established organization in Banking
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration or other field of studies. Postgraduate degrees will be considered an additional qualification.
  • Hold professional certifications in RBB (Level II) and Certification in Insurance Mediation (type A)
  • Good knowledge of English (written and verbal communication)
  • Are Proficient of the MS Office suite
  • Focus on self-development and continuous learning
