Rebrain Greece is designed to support high-potential Greek professionals who are ready to return and build their future in Greece.
Through a structured development journey at Eurobank, the initiative offers the opportunity to reconnect with the local market while accelerating your career in a fast-track environment. Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) provides integrated solutions, to large and medium-sized enterprises, designed to cover complex financing and transactional Banking needs as well as excellent customer service for the clients. Indicative Units of Corporate & Investment Banking for future career opportunities are Large Corporate, Structured Finance, Transaction Banking, Markets, Leasing & Asset Management.
Group Private Banking provides comprehensive wealth management services, including investment advisory, real estate, wealth planning, and credit to (ultra) high-net-worth clients. With a strong international presence in Luxembourg, London, and Cyprus, and a dedicated team across Greece, the unit focuses on preserving and growing clients’ wealth through a personalized approach tailored to each client’s objectives, risk profile, and business activity. We offer positions at the Athens branch supporting Eurobank Private Bank of Luxemburg.
Retail / Individual Banking oversees the design, development and management of banking products and services addressed to individual customers. The function focuses on delivering competitive solutions across deposits, lending, cards and digital banking channels, aligned with evolving customer needs and the retail banking strategy. We offer a career opportunity in the lending unit as Product Development Officer.
Risk Management has full responsibility in setting the Risk Strategy and Risk Appetite framework and subsequently, as a 2nd line of defense, for the monitoring of credit, market, liquidity and operational risks, undertaken by the Eurobank Group. Moreover, it is responsible for the establishment of the necessary policies and procedures, methodologies, and tools to effectively monitor risk levels, for the Group. We offer career opportunities in the units of Credit Risk, Credit Control, Capital Adequacy Control, Risk Strategy.
Technology is a key enabler of Eurobank’s digital transformation and strategic goals, delivering secure, scalable, and innovative solutions that support both internal operations and customer-facing services. Who We Are Looking For
- Mid and senior career Greek professionals currently working abroad, with minimum 5 years of experience, who are ready to return and accelerate their careers in Greece.
- Strong academic background (Master’s degree required) in fields such as Finance, Banking, Business, Risk, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Fintech or related disciplines.
- International exposure gained through studies and/or professional experience abroad, with a strong desire to bring this expertise back to Greece.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, developed in international or multicultural work environments.
- Data-oriented mindset and tech savviness, with the ability to apply global best practices locally.
- Developing innovative solutions, minimizing complexity.
- Learning agility and a growth mindset, with motivation to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced Greek banking environment.
- Building mutually beneficial relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent command of the English language (additional languages are considered an asset).
- Experience in banking, financial services, consulting, or participation in relevant international projects will be considered a strong advantage, especially when combined with a clear intention to return and contribute to Greece’s financial sector.
