Description
We are seeking for a RBB Portfolio Management Officer to join our Portfolio Management & Commercial Activities Team.
By joining this role, you will be part of the Retail Business Banking in Business Development Unit that provides business development through commercial and strategic planning for business banking clients for growth and portfolio profitability.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Continuous monitoring of sales, profitability, and related KPIs. Taking initiatives to successfully achieve business objectives through sales channels (Branch Network, V-Banking, External Sales Networks, Digital, Telemarketing) with active tracking and ongoing collaboration.
- Participation in target setting, planning, and implementation of incentive actions for the Networks.
- Utilization and analysis available reports by collecting performance data from various channels (Network, V-Banking, External Network, Account Managers, GTB, Alternative & Digital Channels).
- Identify areas for improvement, detecting underperformance areas, and implementing corrective actions in case of deviation from the target.
- Contributing to the design of targeted commercial actions and campaigns.
- Regular communication with all relevant areas (CREDIT, GTB, GCIB, GLA, RISK, etc.).
- Providing feedback for the formation of training plans and improvements in systems and procedures based on needs identified through interaction with the channels.
You will be a great candidate for us if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or Marketing. Priority will be given to candidates with a master's degree in the related fields.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the banking sector, business consulting, or a related field, with at least 2 years in Business Banking.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint (presentation creation), MS Office, and English language.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to communicate commercial policies and strategies with insight and professionalism.
- High level of initiative, results orientation and ability to achieve goals within time and quality specifications, focused on customer needs.
- Critical and analytical thinking to design and implement sustainable actions that come from systematic monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Team spirit and effective collaboration with other bank departments for reaching common sales targets.
