Position Overview
We are seeking for an experienced and dynamic Product Development Officer to join our Mortgage Lending Products Sector, within our Individual Banking Segment.
By joining us, you will be part of the Mortgage Lending Product Development Sector and responsible for the development and management of mortgage lending products, with a strong focus on pricing proposals, profitability analysis, and budget monitoring. You will be responsible for enhancing product performance, tracking market trends, and coordinating with internal teams and partners to ensure the successful rollout and competitiveness of our mortgage loan offerings.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Product Development & Management: Contribute to the design, improvement, and ongoing management of mortgage loan products, processes, and documentation.
- Pricing, Profitability & Performance Monitoring: Prepare pricing proposals, monitor loan profitability and KPIs. Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget.
- Market & Competition Analysis: Track market trends and competitor practices to identify opportunities for product development and strategic initiatives.
- New Product Proposals: Prepare presentations to top management and committees for new product ideas or modifications and commercial activities.
- Coordination & Collaboration: Support cross-functional initiatives, coordinating with internal teams, external partners, sales channels and segments to ensure effective product rollout and execution.
You will be a great candidate if you:
- Have 1-3+ years of relevant professional experience within an established organization in Banking, Consulting or similar industry.
- Hold a Bachelor Degree in a relevant field (i.e. Business, Finance, Engineering). A Master’ s degree would be highly preferable.
- Have been involved in product development & management.
- Possess strong experience with data analysis, reporting and performance dashboards to inform strategic decisions.
- Are Proficient of the MS Office suite, especially in Excel & Power Point.
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative spirit, agility, and can-do attitude.
- Are proficient in English (spoken & written).
