Position Overview

We are seeking for a talented Network Security Engineer to join our Group It Infrastructure Management, part of Group IT.  

 

By joining this role, you’ll be part of a dynamic team and will be contributing to the ongoing success of our projects. 

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of robust network security architectures for large‑scale enterprise environments.
  • Architect and maintain network segmentation, secure connectivity models, and security‑embedded network designs aligned with corporate standards and regulatory frameworks.
  • Configure, optimize, and manage firewall platforms, ensuring secure perimeter protection, segmentation controls, and policy governance.
  • Implement and manage IDS/IPS systems, ensuring effective detection, response, and visibility across all network zones.
  • Support PCI‑DSS network‑security requirements, ensuring compliant segmentation, logging, authentication, and evidence preparation processes.
  • Contribute to DORA‑aligned operational resilience, supporting high‑severity incident handling, documentation, and security control validation.
  • Oversee security‑related configuration baselines, change management, and secure lifecycle governance for network devices.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, SOC team, cloud, and application teams to ensure consistent and aligned security‑by‑design practices.
  • Provide mentorship to junior engineers and actively participate in knowledge‑sharing across the team.
  • Act as a team player, fostering collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.

 

 

You will be a great candidate if you:

  • Have at least 5–7 years of relevant professional experience in network security engineering, including hands‑on involvement in large‑scale or mission‑critical environments.
  • Have strong expertise in firewall technologies such as Check Point, Cisco (ASA/FTD), Akamai Guardicore, or equivalent.
  • Have practical experience with IDS/IPS solutions, segmentation design, and threat‑detection platforms.
  • Have experience working in compliance‑driven environments, with solid understanding of PCI‑DSS and DORA requirements relevant to network security.
  • Hold relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCNP Security, CCIE Security, Azure Security Engineer, PCNSE, F5 CA) — considered a strong plus.
  • Are proficient in the MS Office suite.
  • Are fluent in English (both in writing and verbally).
  • Possess strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive, can‑do attitude.
  • Can work independently as well as cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
