Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Mobile Product Owner to join our Digital Solutions Team, part of Group Digital Banking at Eurobank. This position requires strong expertise in mobile product management, as well as proficiency in designing mobile-first digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in mobile banking or digital product development, enabling them to deliver user‑centric features that drive strategic digital transformation across the organization.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Participate in the end‑to‑end mobile product lifecycle, from concept to launch and continuous improvement.
- Design, specify, and manage the development of mobile-first digital services, including payments (wallet, P2P/P2B), onboarding, product origination, embedded finance, and personalized experiences.
- Create and present product concepts, customer journeys, and feature proposals for stakeholders and senior management.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (e.g., Digital Factory, IT, UX) and external vendors to deliver high‑quality mobile features using agile methodologies.
- Drive the mobile app backlog: define epics and user stories, prioritize based on business value and technical feasibility, and ensure sprint readiness.
- Leverage analytics and customer feedback to measure performance, identify pain points, and propose UX/UI and feature enhancements.
- Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Information Security to ensure mobile solutions meet all regulatory and security requirements.
You will be a great candidate if you:
- Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in mobile banking or digital product management.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Postgraduate studies will be considered an additional asset.
- Have proven experience in creating, managing, and scaling mobile products with high customer adoption.
- Have a solid understanding of mobile UX/UI principles, device constraints, and mobile design patterns.
- Have hands‑on experience with agile methodologies, including backlog grooming and sprint planning.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data‑driven mindset and knowledge of mobile performance metrics (e.g., MAU, retention, conversion).
- Have excellent presentation and storytelling skills, able to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Are fluent in English, capable of preparing clear and compelling presentations.
