Position Overview

We are seeking motivated professionals to join our Group Central Services and Operations Unit as a Loan Administration Officer. By joining this role, you will be responsible for organizing, structuring and monitoring complex financings and participate in significant lending projects.

You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with talented colleagues across different departments, grow your expertise, and contribute to impactful projects that shape the future of banking.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Managing and promoting the implementation of the approved financing requests.
• Reviewing, commenting, and negotiating the financing documentation of the transactions in collaboration with Relationship Managers and customers.
• Implementing assignments, waivers, consents, extensions and amendments in cooperation with external advisors and internal stakeholders. Monitoring transactions after closing, in order to ensure compliance with contractual terms.

You’ll be a great candidate if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Law. Postgraduate degree will be considered as an additional asset.
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, negotiating and communication skills.
• Attention-to-detail.
• Ability to learn quickly and work under strict deadlines.
• Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
• Passion about learning and growing in the banking industry.
