Position Overview

We are seeking for a dynamic Lending Services Business Analyst to join our Lending & Risk Management Services Business Analysis Unit within the Group Organization and Business Analysis department.

 

The Lending Services Business Analysis Unit is responsible for conducting detailed business analyses, outlining problems, identifying opportunities, and proposing solutions for the business, while taking risk assessment and compliance obligations into account. This includes defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders, executing initial tests, and ensuring that deliverables meet the required standards.

As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business alongside with the relevant enables (i.e. Compliance, Op.Risk etc.)

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Liaise with management and stakeholders, performing stakeholder analysis as a prerequisite.
  • Write scenarios and users’ test cases, and coordinate with IT to prepare designs for functional specifications.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in business operations and processes, and design or modify business systems.
  • Interact with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their problems and needs.
  • Gather, document, and analyze business needs and requirements, modeling business processes, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Solve business problems, document the functional design of the system, and assist in testing the system and creating user manuals. 

 

You will be a great candidate if you:

  • Own a Bachelor's and postgraduate degrees in Finance, Business, or IT.
  • Have 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience as a business analyst in the lending field.
  • Are experienced in wholesale applications and/or retail applications.
  • Have a solid understanding and interest in the lending ecosystem.
  • Possess advanced analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Are proficient in the MS Office suite, including Visio and Microsoft Project.
  • Are fluent in Greek and English.
  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a collaborative spirit, agility, and a can-do attitude.
  • Hold or are in the process of obtaining professional qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, CBAP, SIX SIGMA LEAN, SAP), which will be appreciated.
