Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and well-organized Legal Administrator to join our Legal Services. By joining this role, you will be part of the Legal Services team and support the smooth day-to-day operation of the Unit. You will contribute to the effective handling of administrative, coordination and documentation-related tasks, working closely with internal teams, business units and external partners.

 

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to Legal Services.
  • Manage, organize and monitor legal documentation, correspondence and internal requests.
  • Support the coordination of requests with internal stakeholders, business units, branches and external partners.
  • Follow up on pending tasks, deadlines and recurring operational activities.
  • Contribute to the improvement of administrative processes and support the use of internal systems and digital tools.

 

 

You will be a great candidate if you:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management or another relevant field.
  • Have up to 3 years of relevant professional experience in a corporate environment within an established organization, preferably in a Legal Department.
  • Be well-organized, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with different stakeholders.
  • Be proficient in MS Office and comfortable working with digital tools and internal systems.
  • Be fluent in Greek and have a good command of English.
  • Demonstrate discretion, reliability, teamwork and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
