Position Overview

We are seeking for a talented individual Business Analyst to join our Customer Experience & Simplification Unit, within our Group Digital Banking.

 

By joining this role, you will be responsible for an end-to-end redesign of the Bank’s basic operational processes utilizing established tools and methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Agile implementation) and the simplification and digitization of high value functions that have a major impact on the Organization’s cost reduction and productivity increase.

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Selecting the most suitable processes needing simplification, relying on specific and measurable criteria.
  • Analyzing existing functionalities, identifying gaps, and defining and designing new processes using Lean Six Sigma methodology.
  • Managing and monitoring the new process implementation in coordination with involved functional units and all stakeholders.
  • Monitoring and controlling the implemented improvements through predefined KPIs. 

 

You will be a great candidate if you:

  • Have 2-5 years of relevant professional experience in business process re-engineering.
  • Developer.
  • Hold Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a quantitative field of study. A postgraduate degree will be considered as an additional qualification.
  • Have a certification in one of the implemented methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, Agile).
  • Have a professional qualifications in Project Management will be appreciated.
  • Are Proficient of the MS Office suite.
  • Are fluent in English (both in writing and verbally).
  • Have advanced analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Have business attitude with focus on high impact results.
  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative spirit, agility and can-do attitude.
