Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Loan Administrator to join our CIB Legal Documentation & Collaterals Unit within our Group Loan Administration.

 

By joining this role, you’ll be part of the Large Corporate Portfolio Administration team and you will support the arrangement, preparation, execution, and monitoring of Large Corporate bilateral financings, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Support the execution of approved lending and collateral requests for Large Corporate clients.
  • Prepare, review, and monitor financing documentation in collaboration with all parties involved (Customer, RMs, Advisors, Internal Legal Department).
  • Process amendments, waivers, and other contractual updates, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
  • Register and update loan contract data and collaterals (e.g. pledges, mortgages, insurance policies, property valuations) in the Bank’s systems.
  • Coordinate with external advisors (legal, technical, insurance) and ensure all conditions precedent are satisfied before drawdown as well as monitor transactions post-closing to secure compliance with contractual terms (covenants, undertakings, collaterals).

 

You will be a great candidate if you:

  • Have 1–3 years of experience in legal documentation, corporate lending, or loan administration (experience in banking or law firms is an asset).
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Law, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration; postgraduate studies considered a plus.
  • Have fluency in Greek & English language.
  • Are proficient in the use of MS Office suite.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communicational skills, agility and a team-oriented mindset with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
  • Show attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
