Position Overview
We are seeking for an Investment Banking Analyst to join our Investment Banking unit Capital Markets division. By joining this role, you’ll be part of the Equity & Debt Capital Markets unit and you will be responsible for pitching, supporting complex large-scale IPOs, rights issues, placements and listings of greek corporate bonds.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Preparing corporate presentations that align with the strategic needs of our corporate clients.
- Analyzing historical and projected financial performance, including valuation analysis.
- Drafting prospectuses and other information memorandums.
- Coordinating internal and external teams, including legal, audit, other banks, regulatory authorities, etc.
- Actively participating in the preparation of all documents required for the approval of listing and public offerings by HCMC and ATHEX.
- Cooperating with other units of the bank during the execution phase of a project.
You will be a great candidate if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or a quantitative field of study. A postgraduate degree will be considered as an additional qualification.
- Up to 2 years of relevant professional experience within an established organization in Banking (Investment banking, corporate or structured finance divisions), consulting and audit firms.
- A related professional qualifications (ACCA, CFA) completed or in progress will be highly appreciated.
- Solid understanding of stock and bond markets as well as of valuation metrics.
- Excellent command of Greek and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative spirit, agility and can-do attitude.
