Position Overview
We are seeking for an experienced International IT Solution Architect to join our International IT Governance Division unit within our Group IT Systems Management Sector team.
The International IT Governance Team unit is responsible for the demand management of subsidiaries projects, collecting, rationalizing and prioritizing Bank’s demands as well as aligning local international demands with the Eurobank Group Shared Services.
The team also oversees IT project portfolio management for the subsidiaries, as well as IT financial management, including monitoring IT Capex and Opex budgets and preparing reports for Eurobank Group stakeholders in Greece and across other SEE countries where the Bank operates (Cyprus, Bulgaria and Luxembourg).
As an International IT Solution Architect, you will be part of the International IT Governance team and you will be actively involved in defining the overall solution architecture design of new initiatives and Projects for Temenos Platform(s), align overall International IT Strategy with Group’s and participation in Strategic IT Projects of the International Subsidiaries.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Define and manage the overall architecture of the Group IT International Applications landscape, including the design and implementation of new projects and initiatives.
- Establish the software delivery lifecycle, incorporating appropriate Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery/Deployment (CD) processes, and oversee related architecture evaluations.
- Define integration points between the Group IT International landscape and systems of the Group or International Subsidiaries, ensuring alignment across all new initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with project execution teams during implementation to resolve technical issues and provide architectural support for strategic projects across International Subsidiaries.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Group’s Enterprise Architecture team and local IT teams in International Subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with Group-wide architectural standards and policies.
You will be a great candidate if you:
- Have 5+ years of relevant professional experience designing and implementing large-scale enterprise applications, including Temenos platforms (Transact T24, Wealth TAP, FCM, Infinity).
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a related field.
- Have expertise in enterprise application architectures, cloud solutions, software development, virtual platforms, and large-scale systems integration (on-premises and public cloud).
- Have strong knowledge of security, risk and compliance frameworks, disaster recovery, high availability architectures, hardware, operating systems, and networking connectivity.
- Are skilled in coordinating and leading large teams, providing solutions based on business requirements, with solid functional knowledge of banking systems.
- Are proficient in project, resource, and team management, with the ability to prioritize and escalate issues effectively, and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
- Are fluent in English language.
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative spirit, agility, and a can-do attitude.
- Are willing and able to travel as required.
