Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer to join our International IT Governance Division within our Group IT Systems Management Sector.

The International IT Governance Team is responsible for the demand management of subsidiaries’ projects, collecting, rationalizing, and prioritizing business demands, while aligning local international needs with the Eurobank Group Shared Services.

The team also oversees IT project portfolio management for the subsidiaries, as well as IT financial management activities, including monitoring IT Capex and Opex budgets and preparing reports for Eurobank Group stakeholders in Greece and across other SEE countries where the Bank operates (Cyprus, Bulgaria, and Luxembourg).

As a QA Engineer, you will be part of the International IT Governance Team and will play an active role in coordinating QA and testing activities across the Temenos platform, including Transact (T24), TAP, Infinity, Analytics, and FCM, as well as key Group applications and platforms.

In addition, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scenarios to ensure consistent quality, improve test coverage, and support efficient and reliable delivery across all environments.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, providing timely feedback
  • Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
  • Prioritize and coordinate testing activities
  • Identify and report issues and verify their resolution
  • Act as Test Coordinator and liaison between Business and IT Units
  • Perform regression testing
  • Design, develop, and execute automated tests
  • Manage and control activities across all test environments
  • Participate in defect triage meetings
  • Continuously improve test processes and automation frameworks to increase efficiency and coverage 

 

 

You will be a great candidate if you:

  • Have proven experience in Software Quality Assurance
  • Possess strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Demonstrate proficiency in testing best practices, version control, and defect management
  • Have hands-on experience with automated testing tools
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative spirit, agility, and a can-do attitude
  • Maintain good functional knowledge of Banking
  • Have experience with Temenos products/modules
  • Can effectively coordinate Business and IT teams during major and minor testing activities
  • Are proficient in the MS Office Suite
  • Communicate fluently in English
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments and manage competing priorities effectively
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and sound prioritization and escalation judgment
  • Are willing and able to travel
