Position Overview

We are seeking a Relationship Manager for Institutional Clients to join our Sales Division within Eurobank Asset Management MFMC. The role is responsible for servicing and strengthening relationships with existing institutional clients while expanding the client base through targeted business development initiatives.

In parallel, the role will contribute to transforming the current way of doing business by exploring and adopting new practices, advanced digital tools and innovative working methods, and by supporting internal and external projects, under the guidance of the Head of Institutional Sales.

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

Client Coverage & Relationship Management

  • Monitor, service and support existing institutional clients, ensuring high-quality day‑to‑day coverage and timely response to requests.
  • Strengthen relationships by proactively identifying client needs, proposing solutions, and coordinating internal stakeholders to deliver.
  • Provide market updates, prepare client-facing informative material, and respond to client queries.

Business Development / Client Base Expansion

  • Identify, map and approach prospective institutional clients (domestic and international) to develop new relationships.
  • Promote the Group’s products and services to current and prospective clients, contributing to the achievement of the Institutional Sales team’s goals.
  • Support participation in tenders and submission processes (preparation of materials, coordination of inputs, follow-ups).

Operational Execution & Regulatory Discipline

  • Coordinate and complete daily orders and transactions of institutional clients in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Manage client documentation and follow up on client onboarding/maintenance requirements in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework.

Transformation, AI Tools & Project Delivery

  • Take initiative on automation and enhancement projects to improve operational efficiency, reporting and commercial effectiveness.
  • Lead) internal/external projects related to Institutional Sales, working cross‑functionally (e.g., Investments, Risk, Legal/Compliance, Marketing).

 

You will be a great candidate if you:

  • Own a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a quantitative field of study. A relevant postgraduate degree will be considered as an additional qualification
  • Have relevant experience of more than 5 years within asset management, banking, financial services or related fields 
  • Are commercially minded, relationship‑driven and comfortable engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Are highly adaptive, curious, and committed to learning and applying new working practices to modernize processes and outcomes.
  • Can structure and deliver work in a project environment (coordination, timelines, stakeholders, deliverables).
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills (Greek & English).
  • Are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); analytics and data visualization are an advantage.
