Position Overview

The Head of Non Banking Products & Benefits is a senior role within the Retail Strategy & Growth unit, with endtoend ownership of the Banks Non Banking Products & Benefits (NBBs) at Retail level. The role is responsible for defining the strategy, operating and governance model, partner ecosystem, and commercial performance of NBBs while strengthening the Retail value proposition, and increasing customer engagement through scalable, customercentric offerings.

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Define and lead the overall strategy for Non Banking Products & Benefits in collaboration with Retail segments and distribution channels (Digital, Network), including roadmap design and transition from the existing interim operating model.
  • Own product development and lifecycle management of NBBs (e.g. benefits, lifestyle services, gift cards, ticketing, paid or informational digital services), ensuring a clear value proposition per segment and persona and alignment with the Super App strategy.
  • Lead and govern partnerships and external providers endtoend, covering commercial terms, onboarding, performance monitoring, and compliance through scalable and standardized collaboration models.
  • Establish the governance framework for NBBs, including roles, responsibilities, and approval processes, and present progress, issues, and strategic recommendations to Senior Management (ReExCo).
  • Oversee operational performance and customer experience across all channels, driving automation where feasible and monitoring usage, performance, and engagement of NBB offerings.
  • Define and track commercial KPIs, deliver structured reporting to Management and Retail stakeholders, lead a dedicated team, and act as the single point of contact for all NBBrelated topics within Retail, coordinating closely with Digital, Product, IT, Legal, and Compliance units.

 

You will be a great candidate if you:

  • Have significant experience (8+ years) in product management, partnerships, ecosystems, or strategic roles within Retail and/or Digital environments.
  • Hold a university degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Digital, or a related field.
  • Are comfortable operating in complex organizational settings with multiple stakeholders and crossfunctional dependencies.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, structured thinking, and sound decisionmaking ability.
  • Have proven experience presenting topics, progress, and recommendations at senior or executive management level.
  • Bring experience in fintech, platforms, loyalty, super apps, or marketplaces, which will be considered a strong advantage.
