Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and goal-oriented professional with strong expertise in Finance and Accounting to join our team as Manager of Markets & Treasury Financial Services.

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Unit’s operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services while supporting key activities. You will lead a team of approximately 14 professionals and collaborate closely with Markets & Treasury, Market Risk, and Finance units.

 

Your key responsibilities will be: (Up to 5 points)

  • Oversee and manage the Division’s daily operations, ensuring efficiency and service excellence.
  • Provide market insight and operational expertise across Treasury and Global Markets activities.
  • Supervise a broad range of services, including:
  • Accounting and reporting for treasury products and special purpose vehicles (SPVs)
  • Treasury profitability analysis and reporting
  • Regulatory Reporting
  • Static Data Administration
  • Ensure all activities are performed accurately, timely, and in compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and represent the Division in meetings, projects, and initiatives.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks.
  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members, ensuring alignment with team and individual objectives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

 

You will be a great candidate if you:

  • Hold a Bachelor and/or postgraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field of study.
  • Any relevant professional certifications, i.e. ACCA, IFRS diploma etc. are considered an asset.
  • Have strong knowledge of financial products, IFRS and Hedge accounting principles.
  • Have 3-5 years’ relevant professional experience in a managerial role.
  • Are Proficient of the MS Office suite, with emphasis on MS Excel, and familiar with the use of new technologies GEN-AI, Robotics etc.
  • Are fluent in English language.
  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative spirit, agility, and solution oriented mindset.
  • Can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
