Position Overview
We are seeking for the Head of Group Private Banking MIS to join our Wealth Management Coordination Office & Financial Analysis team within Eurobank Wealth.
By joining this role, you will be responsible for gathering, processing, and analyzing data across Wealth Management MIS systems, enabling better, faster, and more accurate business decisions at Group level.
The role offers exposure to Group-wide initiatives, contributing directly to strategic decision-making at Group Private Banking level.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Contributing to shaping the strategy through data-driven analysis and forward-looking insights
- Coordinating with management and business units for the development of the 3-Year Business Plan (3Y Business Plan)
- Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes, ensuring consistency with strategic priorities
- Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of budget versus actual performance across all key financial metrics
- Enhancing reporting tools and dashboards to improve transparency and decision support
- Defining, managing, and monitoring KPIs and KRIs
- Ensuring data quality, consistency, and governance across MIS and performance reporting
- Collaborating closely with local Business Heads and MIS teams to align reporting, analytics, and performance management
- Acting as the central point of reference for MIS-related matters
- Monitoring SLAs and VBM contracts, assessing performance against agreed service levels and business objectives
- Providing insights on efficiency, cost management, and value optimization
You will be a great candidate if you:
- Have minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in Banking
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field. Postgraduate studies will be appreciated
- Have solid experience in management and performance reporting, including budget vs. actual analysis, variance and trend analysis, and KPI/KRI monitoring
- Are able to translate business requirements into effective MIS and reporting frameworks and support budgeting & forecasting with data-driven insights
- Possess strong technical skills (advanced Excel, SQL, BI tools) and are familiar with MIS environments, core banking platforms, and Data architecture fundamentals
- Are familiar with products and P&L drivers, including AUM, AUC, fee structures, NII, commission income, and opex, which is considered an asset.
- Communicate insights clearly and work effectively with stakeholders across business, finance, and IT in a group-level environment
- Are organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
