Position Overview
We are seeking an HR IT Engineer to join the HR IT Unit and contribute to the development of modern, reliable and scalable HR technology solutions. The role is positioned at the core of Eurobank’s HR digital ecosystem, covering integrations, custom applications, data flows, cloud architectures and automation initiatives.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Develop and support HR applications and APIs using .NET Core and C#.
- Design and maintain SQL Server structures, queries and performance-optimized data models.
- Build integrations with internal systems and external partners, following an API-first approach.
- Work with Azure services (App Services, AD, DevOps, Key Vault, Functions, etc.) to deliver secure and scalable solutions.
- Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.
- Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into practical, high-quality technical implementations.
You will be a great candidate if you:
- Have 3–5 years of experience in software development within a modern engineering environment.
- Possess strong knowledge of .NET Core, C#, REST APIs and Entity Framework.
- Have solid experience with SQL Server and database design principles.
- Are familiar with Azure cloud services and CI/CD practices.
- Are comfortable working with Git, clean coding standards and structured development workflows.
- Are able to communicate clearly in both technical and functional contexts.
- Have fluency in the English language.
- Are experienced with modern front-end or JavaScript technologies (React, Vue, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js) will be an asset.
- Have exposure to cloud-native and integration-focused environments (Docker, AKS, Service Bus, Event Grid) is a plus.
- Have familiarity with automation, analytics and security standards (Power BI, Power Automate, OAuth, OpenID Connect) is considered an advantage.
