Position Overview

Join our innovative HR IT team as an HR IT Developer and take part in exciting projects, developing cutting-edge HR solutions leveraging industry-leading platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, SAP BTP, Microsoft Azure, SQL and Power BI.

 

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Develop and maintain technical solutions to enhance our HR platforms and processes.
  • Design and build integrations using SAP BTP, Azure Logic Apps, and SQL databases.
  • Create insightful analytics and dashboards in Power BI to support data-driven HR decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with both IT experts and HR stakeholders to identify needs and implement solutions.
  • Participate actively in the full lifecycle of system development: from requirements gathering, coding, testing, deployment, to documentation and ongoing support.

 

You will be a great candidate if you have:

  • Graduated in a STEM discipline (Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or similar).
  • Up to 2 years of professional experience in development, analytics, IT or related technical roles.
  • Solid foundation in programming, computational thinking and problem-solving.
  • Practical knowledge or strong willingness to learn:
    • SAP ecosystems (SuccessFactors, Concur, Business Technology Platform)
    • Cloud services & Integrations (Microsoft Azure, REST APIs)
    • Data & Analytics (SQL databases, Power BI dashboards)
  • Fluency in English language
