Position Overview
We are seeking an HR Digital Solutions Developer to join our HR IT Unit.
As HR Digital Solutions Developer you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining HR applications and integrations, ensuring seamless system performance and data flow.
We are looking for candidates who are eager to contribute to the development and optimization of HR systems, playing a key role in advancing HR technology and digital transformation.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Develop and maintain HR applications, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Support and optimize SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
- Work with HR data and system configurations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop automated solutions to enhance HR processes and integrations.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to translate business needs into system functionalities.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support for HR applications.
You will be a great candidate if you have:
- 2+ years of experience in HR technology, software development, or IT support.
- Previous experience with HR systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors or other HR platforms.
- Strong understanding of data management, system integrations and process automation.
- Ability to analyze, optimize, and enhance HR applications to meet business needs.
- Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and HR technology solutions.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
