Position Overview

We are seeking for a Financial & Human Resources Assistant to join our Finance & Human Resources Division in Eurobank Equities Investment Firm S.A.

 

The department is responsible to ensure the efficient operation of the Company in Financial management and Human Resources cases, such as collecting, controlling and analyzing data, business planning, delivering business information to support a decision- making process and comply with labor legislation.

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Assisting in monitoring financial figures, data analytics, and profitability reports.
  • Contributing to regulatory reporting.
  • Supporting the day-to-day operations and tasks of the Human Resources department.
  • Updating staff records and databases.
  • Communicating with employees regarding related cases.

 

You will be a great candidate if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business or a quantitative field of study. A postgraduate degree will be considered as an additional qualification.
  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English.
  • A strong will to acquire new and versatile knowledge and work in a dynamic and constantly changing regulatory environment.
  • Analytical thinking and manage complex situations.
  • Strong interpersonal an communication skills, collaborative spirit, adaptability, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

You will be a great candidate if you:

  • Have 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience within an established organization in the financial sector
  • Hold a Bachelor or similar degree in Economics or Business Administration
  • Are up to 30 years of age
  • Have a strong will to acquire new and versatile knowledge and work in a dynamic and constantly changing regulatory environment
  • Can use analytical thinking and manage complex situations.
  • Are a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills and can-do attitude
  • Are fluent in spoken and written English
  • Are proficient of the MS Office suite
