Position Overview

We are seeking for a skilled and experienced Mortgage Sales-Person to join our Mortgage External Sales team in Athens, who will be responsible for providing expert guidance on mortgage loans across customers and external Partners, while ensuring compliance with bank’s regulations and maintain strong customer relationships.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Cross-selling with a focus on mortgage loans.
• Communicating daily and providing strong servicing towards customers and External Network Partners.
• Providing specialized advice to customers regarding mortgage loans
• Identifying market and competition trends to spot opportunities and inform customers effectively.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers by offering personalized solutions that meet their needs.
• Maintaining strong relations with External Network Partners to grow the client base.

You will be a great candidate if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a quantitative field of study. A postgraduate degree will be considered as an additional qualification.
• 2-5 years of working experience in a banking services environment, with a focus on loans will be an added advantage.
• Experience in client/ partner  management and communication.
• Familiarity With Modern Digital Tools & Platforms.
• Certifications as Insurance Consultant and/or Housing Advisor.
• Excellent command of Greek and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative spirit, agility and can-do attitude.
