Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Owner to join our Digital Solutions Team, part of the Group Digital Banking division.

In this role, you will be responsible for the business analysis and development of the Bank’s Digital Channels & Services for both individual and business customers. Our objective is to design reliable, innovative, and user-friendly digital services that increase adoption, enhance customer experience, and drive satisfaction.

As a Digital Product Owner, you will contribute to the ongoing development of the Bank’s web, mobile, and API services. This role may also include active participation in the Eurobank Digital Factory, working within Agile teams as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Coordinate the design and development of Digital Services (web, mobile, API) across all customer segments, focusing on everyday banking transactions and value-added experiences.
    Key areas include: banking services, mobile payments (wallets, P2P/P2B), embedded finance, digital onboarding, digital product applications, notifications, location-based services, loyalty programs, and other customer-centric innovations.
  • Contribute to the definition, requirements specification, and design analysis for the development of new services, ensuring thorough documentation and alignment with business objectives.
  • Be an active member of Eurobank Digital Factory teams, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Lead or support pre-rollout acceptance testing of new services to ensure readiness for launch. Additionally, assist in launching services by preparing relevant documentation and support material for both customers and staff.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to continuously enhance customer experience — by implementing UX improvements, monitoring customer reviews and performance analytics, and analyzing behavior to improve perception, satisfaction, and adoption.

 

You will be a great candidate if you:

  • Have a bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, Maths/Physics, Engineering, IT or other Analytical studies (post graduate degree in Data Science, Risk Management or any other analytical domain will be considered an asset)
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in Online Banking, Mobile, e-Commerce, Online Product Management and/or Business Analysis
  • Have proven experience working in Agile environments
  • Are data driven and dispose a strong analytical background
  • Have very good communication, influencing and presentation skills
  • Are able to establish a strong reputation, trust and manage working relationship with key stakeholders
  • Provide business orientation as well as project management skills
  • Have an excellent command of the English language and ability to form clear and concise presentations for Senior Management audiences.
