Position overview
By joining this role, you’ll be part of the Digital Channels unit responsible for the business analysis and development of the Bank’s Digital Channels & Services, across all customer segments. The objective is to design reliable, relevant, innovative, and user-friendly digital services, to increase adoption and customer satisfaction.

You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with talented colleagues, grow your expertise, and contribute to exciting projects that make a real impact.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Participate in the design and development of web, mobile or APIs services for all Bank customer segments.
• Define requirements, specification, design analysis and documentation for the development of new services.
• Work within an Agile environment and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to help drive continuous product enhancements and increase engagement.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve the product's user experience and functionality based on data analysis.

You’ll Be a Great Candidate If you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, IT, or other relevant fields. Master’s degree will be considered a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience in relevant areas such as Online Banking, Mobile, e-Commerce, Online Product Management, and/or Business Analysis.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and principles
• Data-driven and analytical mindset and background
• Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Fluency in English.
