Position Overview

We are seeking a Digital & Hybrid Sales Program Associate to join the Digital & Hybrid Sales team within Group Digital Banking, supporting the acceleration of digital and hybrid sales performance and the growth of digital adoption across all customer touchpoints.

The role contributes to increasing digital sales conversion, expanding the base of digitally active customers, and strengthening ongoing customer engagement, working closely with Digital teams, Business Units, and Marketing to design and execute customer‑centric initiatives across digital and phygital journeys (e.g. mobile app, eBanking, website, assisted and video banking).

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Contribute to the definition and execution of the annual Digital & Hybrid Sales and Digital Adoption plan, in close cooperation with relevant Business Units.
  • Coordinate and support the execution of the Digital & Hybrid Sales program across all digital and phygital touchpoints, ensuring consistent and effective delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze digital sales, adoption, and engagement KPIs (e.g. conversions, active users, funnel performance), identifying trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
  • Drive initiatives to increase new digitally active customers and enhance customer engagement across digital channels, with a focus on activation and usage uplift.
  • Optimize end‑to‑end digital sales funnels and customer journeys, identifying drop‑offs and improving conversion and activation rates across journeys.
  • Design and execute digital campaigns, propositions, and promotions, contribute to customer‑centric offers for targeted segments, and support journey improvement through market and competition analysis.

 

You will be a great candidate if you:

  • Have at least 4 years of experience in digital transformation, digital commercialization, e‑commerce, business development, or customer value management for digital products or services.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree, ideally complemented by an MBA or postgraduate qualification in a relevant field.
  • Bring hands‑on experience in commercialization and go‑to‑market strategies for digital products or services.
  • Are familiar with Agile ways of working, UX/UI principles, and customer journey design.
  • Have a solid understanding of digital marketing, e‑commerce, or financial services, with banking or insurance experience considered a plus.
  • Have excellent command of English and Greek (both in writing and verbally).
  • Have demonstrate strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, results‑driven mindset.
