Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detailed oriented Debt Capital Markets Associate to join our team. This role will involve working closely with legal advisors, rating agencies, internal stakeholders in order to execute capital markets transactions effectively.

 

Your key responsibilities will be: 

  • Analyse, price and execute debt financing transactions, including bond issuances and private placements
  • Review, interpret and negotiate key transactions documents such as prospectuses, engagement agreements and loan agreements to ensure compliance with legal and financial requirements
  • Collaborate with UK and Greek legal advisors, internal stakeholders to structure and close deals efficiently
  • Monitor macroeconomic trends and regulatory developments affecting debt capital markets

 

You will be a great candidate if you:

  • Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field.
  • Have 3 - 5 years experience in Debt Capital Markets, Investent Banking, or Corporate Finance
  • Have strong ability to review, interpret and negotiate financial agreements such as bond prospectuses
  • Have solid understanding of fixed income product and debt securities
  • Have strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
  • Have excellent use of excel and bloomberg
  • Are fluent in English
  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative spirit, agility, and can-do attitude
