Position overview  
We are seeking motivated professionals to join our teams across different banking units as a Data Analyst. By joining this role, you’ll be part of a dynamic environment where data drives decision-making, helping us optimize processes and enhance customer experiences across functions such as Risk, Digital Banking, Retail Banking, Corporate Finance, and more. 

You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with talented colleagues across different departments, grow your expertise, and contribute to impactful projects that shape the future of banking. 

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Analysing complex datasets using statistical techniques and interpreting data to provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions across the bank.
• Developing and implementing databases, reports, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Monitoring performance of data sources and quality control plans to identify improvements while maintaining databases.
• Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets.

You’ll be a great candidate if you have: 

• Bachelor's degree in a Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or other relevant field. A Master’s degree is highly appreciated.
• Strong knowledge in Python/R/ SAS and/or SQL and familiarity with data mining, segmentation techniques assembling and analyzing big data sets from disparate sources.
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Up to 2 years of experience working with the above technologies. 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 
• Fluency in English (verbal and written). 
• Passion about learning and growing in the banking industry.
