Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Cyber Risk & Governance Analyst to join Eurobank’s Group Corporate Security.

As part of the 2nd Line of Defense, you will play a critical role in overseeing cybersecurity risk management and regulatory compliance (including DORA, EBA Guidelines). You will work closely with IT, Digital and business teams to contribute to the Bank’s long-term security and resilience.

 

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Develop and update cybersecurity risk management frameworks, policies, standards, and awareness materials in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Participate in strategic business and IT projects, ensuring cyber risk is appropriately considered and managed.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality risk reporting for senior management, risk committees, and regulators.
  • Support responses to internal and external audits, regulatory reviews, and supervisory engagements.
  • Promote a culture of cyber risk awareness across the Bank and support continuous improvement of cyber risk governance practices.
  • Assess risks stemming from the use of third-party providers (outsourcing, cloud, etc.).
  • Monitor the remediation of audit findings and track compliance status.
  • Investigate security incidents from a governance/risk perspective and recommend improvements to policies, processes or controls.

 

You will be a great candidate if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Risk Management, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in cyber risk, IT risk, or cyber governance, preferably within financial services or a regulated environment.
  • Solid understanding of information security frameworks and standards (e.g. DORA, EBA Guidelines, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, COBIT).
  • Experience working in or with a Second Line of Defense or audit/risk function.
  • Exposure to digital transformation, cloud, or third-party risk programs.
  • Familiarity with cloud security and Microsoft environments
  • Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in coordinating cross-functional projects and working in complex environments.
  • Fluency in both Greek & English.
  • A proactive, structured and collaborative mindset.
