Position Overview
We are seeking for a Corporate Customer Support Officer to join our Business Center (BC) in Thessaloniki, part of our Commercial Banking operations within Corporate & Investment Banking.
By joining this role, you’ll act as a point of reference for the BC Relationship Managers on administrative, operational, and organizational matters to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the unit, ensuring prompt and exemplary customer service and fostering trust-based relationships with clients.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Client onboarding and product activation (accounts, cards, e-banking).
- Collect, maintain, and update client data in internal systems (KYC, CRM, AML, etc.).
- Support Relationship Managers with administrative tasks, regular & ad hoc reporting requests and client follow-ups. Provide accurate and complete information to clients.
- Limit implementation and execution, which involves coordinating loan processes, including collection, and forwarding of required documents, disbursements, rollovers, monitoring case progress, collaborating with various internal or external parties, communicating with clients.
- Monitor client obligations, follow up on overdue items, inform Relationship Managers.
- Handle client requests (imports/exports, payments, e-banking issues), in collaboration with central units and retail branches.
- Ensure compliance with bank guidelines, procedures, and policies.
- Collaborate with internal units to resolve client issues efficiently.
You will be a great candidate if you:
- Have 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience within an established organization in Banking (corporate finance divisions), or consulting industry.
- Hold a bachelor’s and postgraduate degrees in Finance, Business, or a quantitative field of study.
- Are experienced in onboarding, kyc & loan documentation procedures.
- Have solid understanding and interest in corporate banking.
- Are good in the MS Office suite.
- Are fluent in the English language.
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative spirit, agility, and can-do attitude.
