Position Overview

We are seeking a Corporate Customer Support Officer to join our Large Corporate Operations, within our Corporate & Investment Banking.

 

By joining this role, you will be responsible for supporting the RMs in the smooth operation of the Unit. CCSOs operate as a middle office between RMs and clients and ensure immediate and efficient customer service, as well as the establishment of trust relationships with them.

 

 

Your key responsibilities will be: 

  • Resolving daily issues/transactions that may arise either with the customers or with other departments of the Bank. Direct communication with all stakeholders.
  • Collection and maintenance of updated customer data in the Bank's systems (indicatively, KYC/AML documentation, etc.).
  • Coordination & implementation of various projects related to daily business activities (indicatively, cid/account openings, e-banking, issuance of legalizations by LDD, checking insurance contracts with Designia, issuance of valuations by Cerved Properties, issuing corporate credit cards, etc.)
  • Processing customer’s orders for payments/imports/exports in collaboration with the Corporate Branch or other Centralized Units.

 

 

You will be a great candidate if you:

  • Have 3 to 6 years of relevant professional experience within an established organization in Banking, Accounting or Consulting industry.
  • Hold a bachelor’s and postgraduate degrees in Finance, Business, or a quantitative field of study. 
  • Are fluent in English language (both oral & written).
  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative spirit, agility, and can-do attitude.
