Position Overview 

We are seeking an experienced Consumer Lending Senior Product Manager to join our growing Auto Lending unit within our Individual Banking Segment.

By joining us, you will be responsible for designing new Auto Lending solutions & services that integrate new market trends, creating end-to-end, agile customer-centric value propositions, aiming at the Auto Loans Business growth & development.

The ideal candidate will be bringing a blend of consumer lending business knowledge and strategic consulting experience and will lead and optimize our auto lending product portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has helped design and deliver lending solutions, now ready to take ownership of end-to-end product development and management. 

Your key rensposibilities will be:

• Develop and execute product roadmaps for retail lending products with a strong customer and business focus.
• Manage product lifecycles from concept and design to implementation and performance optimization.
• Translate customer and business needs into actionable plans, collaborating with IT & Digital, Risk, Legal, Sales and Operations teams
• Build and deliver strong reporting frameworks and business cases using market data, product metrics, and customer insights, to support decision making.
  

You will be a great candidate if you:

• Hold a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Business related disciplines
• Have 5+ years of consumer banking experience, with a strong focus on lending products and product development.
• Have been involved in product development, product enhancement, and/or service initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
• Possess strong experience with data analysis, reporting, and performance dashboards to inform strategic decisions.
• Have business expertise with excellent project management, problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement
• Have adaptability and customer focus attitude, with good communication & interpersonal skills
• Can work in cross-functional teams under pressure & tight deadlines
• Are proficient in spoken & written English
• Experience in Consulting in the Retail industry (preferably Retail Banking) or experience in strategy/project teams in Banking (preferably Retail Banking), would be considered an asset.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, lending automation, and embedded finance models in Auto Lending business, would be considered an asset as well
