By joining this role, you’ll be part of the crucial team responsible to ensure and safeguard the efficient operation of the Company, within the regulatory provisions, by monitoring and evaluating all Company’s operations and the associated risks and through advising on improvements and corrective actions.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Monitoring and analyzing the legislative framework to link the regulatory provisions with the operations of the Company, identifying regulatory gaps and suggesting appropriate actions.
- Overseeing the Company’s operations to ensure compliance with legislation and the internal operating framework.
- Identifying, measuring, and monitoring risks related to the Company’s operations.
- Managing the governance framework and addressing issues regarding the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing.
- Communicating with Regulators/Authorities and managing related cases.
You will be a great candidate if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Legal Studies. A professional certification from H.C.M.C., B.o.G. or relevant Authority will be considered as an additional qualification.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience within an established organization in the financial sector (experience in an investment firm or other firm providing investment services will be highly appreciated).
- Excellent command of Greek and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Α strong will to acquire new and versatile knowledge and work in a dynamic and constantly changing regulatory environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, collaborative spirit, adaptability, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
