Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Client Operations Officer to join the Operations / Client Operations team of Eurobank Leasing, the leasing arm of Eurobank Group.

In this role, you will support the implementation of financial leasing transactions from agreement to completion, coordinating with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth, timely and accurate execution process. You will be part of a professional and structured environment, contributing to the efficient delivery of leasing services.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Coordinate with customers and suppliers throughout the implementation of leasing transactions, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
• Support the administrative and operational execution of lease agreements, from initial documentation to transaction completion.
• Monitor transaction progress, track pending actions and coordinate the resolution of outstanding issues to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare, review and maintain accurate transaction-related documentation, ensuring completeness and compliance with internal requirements.
• Liaise with internal teams, including Operations, Credit and Legal, to facilitate the smooth execution of leasing transactions.
• Ensure adherence to internal procedures, policies and operational standards throughout the transaction lifecycle

You will be a great candidate if you:

• Have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in financial services, leasing, banking or a similar operational or coordination role.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Possess strong organizational, communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up on pending actions.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility and a collaborative mindset.
• Have a good understanding of basic business and financial concepts.
• Are proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Are fluent in English and Greek, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages in a professional environment.
